煤矿支架用新型高含水液压液的研制与应用

Research and Application of new high-water content hydraulic fluid of powered support in coal mine

摘要: 为提高传统高含水液压液的防腐蚀性和润滑性,研制了一种稳定性高、清洁度优异的新型高含水液压支架用液压液,该液压液是在传统浓缩液配方基础上,添加精炼基础油、亲油成分、高效表面活性剂和助表面活性剂制成。该液压液质点粒径在10~100nm之间,其稀释液能自发形成具有超低界面张力的微乳型溶液体系,其超低界面张力和超小质点粒径能使有效组分更好发挥性能。在塔拉壕煤矿2102工作面液压支架系统现场应用表明,该新型微乳液具有优良的稳定性、防锈性、相容性和润滑性,未出现异味、细菌滋生和刺激性等不良现象,能充分保障液压支架系统平稳运转。考察其主要性能指标,均符合MT 76—2011的要求。

Abstract: In order to improve anti-corrosion and lubricity performances of the traditional high-water content hydraulic fluid , this paper adopted refined base oil, high-effective surfactants, anti-rust agent,developed a new microemulsion of hydraulic support with high stability, excellent cleanliness. The main performance indexes of the microemulsion meet the requirements of MT76-2011, and its diluent was homogeneous and transparent liquid. Applied in hydraulic support system of Talahao coal mine 2102 workface, results showed that the new microemulsion with excellent stability, rust resistance, compatibility and lubrication, no odor, bacteria ,irritation and other undesirable phenomena, can fully guarantee smooth operation of the support system.
